Every model is inspected and protected through a multi-layer packaging process designed for safe international delivery.
Layer 1: Securing the Model to the Display Base
A protective wrap is applied over the model and display case to help keep the model secured to its base during transit. This reduces movement or separation between the model and the display base.
Layer 2: Corner Protection for the Original Box
The original model box is reinforced with corner protectors to help reduce impact on the most vulnerable areas of the packaging.
Layer 3: Bubble Cushion Wrap
A layer of bubble cushioning is wrapped around the model box to help protect the surface, edges, and corners from scratches, pressure, and light impact.
Layer 4: Air Column Protection
After the bubble cushion layer, an inflatable air column layer is added to provide stronger shock absorption and reduce pressure during long-distance shipping.
Layer 5: 7-Layer Reinforced Corrugated Carton
We use a 7-layer high-strength corrugated carton to provide stronger structural support and better resistance against compression during transit.
Layer 6: Extra Internal Air Cushioning
The protected model box is placed inside the reinforced carton, with additional air column cushioning added inside the box to reduce movement and absorb impact.
Sealed Outer Carton
Once the model is placed inside, the outer carton is fully sealed with packing tape to keep the package stable and secure before final reinforcement.
Layer 7: Eight-Corner Impact Protection
After the carton is sealed, corner protectors are added to all eight corners of the shipping box to help protect against impact during handling and transportation.
Layer 8: Final Outer Air Column Protection
A final outer air column layer is added around the sealed carton to create an additional shock-absorbing barrier before shipment.
