Shipping & Return

Ships from China: Orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment location in China.

Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery: Most international orders arrive within 5-15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

Shipping cost: Most model cars include free shipping. Any extra shipping charge, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Duties & taxes: Import duties and customs charges are generally covered by us unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by destination-specific rules.

Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days after delivery if unused, unmodified, and kept in collectible/resalable condition with original packaging and accessories.

High-value collector models: High-value collector models may require return approval and inspection before a refund is issued. For non-defective change-of-mind returns, return shipping and any non-refundable costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping damage claims: For collector model cars damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. A complete unboxing video is required for damage verification.

Unboxing video requirement: The video must start before the outer shipping carton is opened and must continuously show the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging materials, product box, and the model until the condition of the model is clearly visible. Videos that begin after the package has already been opened, videos recorded only after damage is discovered, paused or edited videos, or videos recorded midway through the unboxing process may not be accepted.

Replacement or refund: If shipping damage is confirmed and the same item is in stock, we will arrange a free replacement shipment. If the same item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Pre-orders & special items: Pre-order deposits, final sale items, custom/special-order items, and disclosed-condition items may have additional restrictions.
